More than just an herbal blend, Airplane Mode is a state of mind. It’s tuning out the external distractions and turning your attention inwards to check-in with where you’re at, how you’re doing, and what you need to best support you. When stress is high, we turn to Airplane Mode to chill the F out. So we’ve pulled together a guide on how we like to untangle the mind after a chaotic day with our fav relaxing herbal blend and created a ritual around unwinding.
The Unwind Guide

Set your phone to do-not-disturb and put aside
Mix Airplane Mode with your preferred dose of relaxing weed and enjoy with your favorite consumption method
Get in a comfortable position for your body, either sitting with a straight back or lying down
Take intentional breaths. Slowly inhale through the nose for 4 seconds, hold for 4, slowly exhale through the mouth for 4 seconds. Repeat and continue for as long as you’d like, and focus on how you’re feeling throughout the exercise.
When you’re ready, do a body scan to release tension and notice how you feel in your body. For a guided body scan for sleep, check out this meditation from UCLA.
